Datatrics, a Business Unit of Growens, is a Dutch Customer Data Platform (CDP). Datatrics links a company’s internal data sources (analytics, CRM, e-commerce platform, etc.) and then combines these with external data sources (CBS data, weather data, etc.). After that, Datatrics draws up 360-degree customer profiles that allow personalizing the website’s content, email marketing, and the advertising channel of this data.

I was P&L responsible for the technology business unit Brooklyn Media & Technology, active in advising, implementing, and delivering Digital Marketing Technology (MarTech). I’ve initiated and managed partnerships with (among others) Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Tealium (CDP), Looker (BI), SiteSpect (A/B testing), and Squeezely (CDP).

beslist.nl is the largest online shopping center in the Netherlands. With thousands of affiliated webshops and an assortment of over 25 million products, beslist.nl provides a clear online overview. Beslist.nl is visited daily by 500,000 shoppers.
As an Online Sales Consultant, I was responsible for the key accounts. Accounts like Wehkamp, Bol.com, Coolblue, and Zalando.
Account Director
RadiumOne was a marketing company that provides online display, mobile, video, and social advertising services through programmatic marketing campaigns. The company was founded and based in San Francisco, with offices across the US, Europe, and Australia.
I was responsible for the self-serve platform and the following agencies/brands:
* Dentsu Aegis (Carat | iProspect | Vizeum – now merged with iProspect).
* Publicis Groupe (Starcom | ZenithOptimedia).
* Independents (AdsToSport | Exterion – now Global | M2Media – now M2|OC) | Zoekhelden – now part of IO).
* Direct Brands (KPN | Quooker | Reed Business Information – now part of RELX Group | Ubisoft | Yamaha Motor Europe).
Update: in June 2017, RhythmOne (now Nexxen) acquired the assets of data-driven marketing platform RadiumOne for US$22m.

Shop2market was the market leader in online campaign optimization with an integrated campaign management solution for conversion attribution, data-driven search, feed management, and tag management.
As an Account Manager, I was responsible for the Benelux. Initially for new business. After that, for both new business and existing customer relationships (account management).
Team lead sales (1 FTE, prospecting) and team lead account management (3 FTE).
Some customers: Blokker Holding (now Mirage Retail Group), Bijenkorf, McGregor Fashion Group, IKEA, Macintosh Retail Group, Viking, Omoda, WE Europe, and FonQ.

WDM is the direct marketing expert in consumer data, data intelligence, and database marketing services.
In the Account Executive role, I advised customers and prospects about the opportunities to generate leads and gather consumer data.

In 2009, Sanoma Media was the largest media company in the Netherlands, with 75 magazines, 180 websites, 15 mobile sites, and nine apps.
I was responsible for commercial support to the Sales Manager and Account Managers to achieve revenue goals.

VNU Media was one of the leading business publishers and market leaders in the Netherlands’ recruitment market.
I supported a team of Account Managers at the Multimedia IT department.
